We have completely refurbished this four bed, 3 bath townhouse for the owner while they have been out of the country. The house was extensively damaged by a burst water tank on the 2nd floor which brought down the ceilings on the 1st and ground floors as well as damaging walls, flooring, electrics.

We have initially removed all of the damaged materials and cleaned the house top to bottom before returning in June to start the repairs. The list of work is extensive. New insulation, new ceilings and plastering. New laminate flooring throughout, including to the stairs. Two bathrooms removed, retiled and refitted. Full redecoration top to bottom. New floor tiles to enter ground floor. New water heater. Repaired electrics. New internal doors.
