Here we have removed the failed flaunching From around the chimney pots, re-bedded and re-pointed the ridge tiles, stripped back the slates from the pitched dorma, renewed the lead to the valleys and re slated the valleys and dorma.

This property had been severely damaged by a long term water leak that had gone undetected for several months while the owner was out of the country. After fixing the primary leak we were brought in to make good to the damage to the kitchen. On finding a secondary leak we supported with further remedial works to the bedroom above and the second floor bathroom.

We have removed most of the kitchen units and granite worktops, made god to the damaged walls and ceilings before redecorating. At this property in Halton near Lancaster we have closed up an opening between two rooms and opened up the original doorway to give the property an additional ground floor bedroom. Including plastering, fitting new door casing, architraves and hanging the new door.

At the mid terrace property in Lancaster we have put a new tile roof to the front side of the property. We have also put a new render coat to the stack. The combination of the two being in poor repair was causing water ingress into the attic bedroom.
