Full sand and finish with Osmo Hard Wax Oil.

This Kitchen Floor has really come back to life after a three stage sanding process and being treated with Osmo Hard Wax Oil with a colour tint.

We have removed the rotten water damaged flooring. Replaced the insulation and laid new moisture Resistant t&g flooring in this bathroom.

New hardwood plylining fitted, moisture Resistant underlay and new LVT flooring in dark walnut. Works excellently with the grey and white tones in the decorating (also by Lime Tree Properties).

We have supplied and fitted new hardwood plywood floor lining and vinyl flooring in black and white chequers.

Original Floor boards sanded and finished with Osmo Oil Hard Wax Oil.

These original floorboards have been sanded back over a four stage process before being stained and oiled with Osmo Hard Wax Oil.

As part of a full kitchen installation at a property in morecambe we have laid this new vinyl laminate flooring onto of freshly laid self levelling compound.

Following water damage from a leak at this property in Lancaster we have lifted the existing chipboard flooring which had swollen and warped. We have then replaced the underlay and fitted new moisture resistant chipboard floorboards.
