This house in Lancaster has had a problem with shower water leaking which has rotted a section of the floor. The existing tiles were in poor condition and the shower head was at the opposite end of the bath to the shower screen. We have removed the exiting bathroom suite and tiles. Repaired the floor. Fitted a new suite and switched the tap end. Fitted new ceramic tiles and shower screen. Finally laid new vinyl flooring.
This should have been a simple job of renewing the ceramic tiles to the shower enclosure. It turned out that all of the tiles on all walls were no longer attached to the walls and were close to falling away. So at short notice we have removed the bathroom, rebounded the walls with Hardibacker boards, supplied and fitted new tiles to the entire room and then refitted the existing suite.
This was a nice bathroom installation on behalf of VictoriaPlum. We have removed the existing bathroom, replaced water damaged flooring with new moisture resistant floor boards. The ceiling has been cladded with white high gloss pvc panels, new LED lighting, Floor and walls tiled. New shower enclosure with aqua panels, new W/C and floating sink unit.
This was the first of a few jobs that w have undertaken for this customer at a lovely three storey town house in Lancaster city centre. Here we have removed the existing small bathroom, then made an adjustment to the internal walls to take some unneeded space form the large bedroom next door. This has allowed the customer to gain a ful size bath in the room which once only had a single shower enclosure. We have fitted the new bathroom suite, plastered and tiled the walls. The floor has been finished with LVT. The electrical work here has been completed by Zebra electrical, all other works completed by Lime Tree Properties.

This was a lovely bathroom installation. We have removed the existing bathroom including some internal block work walls which have opened up the space nicely. Laid a new sub floor, re-plastered, upgraded the lighting to LED downlighters and relocated the towel rail/radiator. The traditional suite is complimented beautifully with a bespoke vanity unit with quartz counter top and basin. Porcelain tiles from Rees Tiles & Flooring.

This was a great job in a timber frame property. We have removed the existing kitchen and wall lining. Instated new cavity insulation, boarded and skimmed the entire room including ceiling. This project was completed in January 2019. We have lifted the black slate Floor, laid a new real wood Oak Floor and fitted a shaker style Kitchen with solid oak Worktops, Oak skirting boards and internal door.
