This house in Lancaster has had a problem with shower water leaking which has rotted a section of the floor. The existing tiles were in poor condition and the shower head was at the opposite end of the bath to the shower screen. We have removed the exiting bathroom suite and tiles. Repaired the floor. Fitted a new suite and switched the tap end. Fitted new ceramic tiles and shower screen. Finally laid new vinyl flooring.
