This is one of our recent refurbishment projects. We have fully refurbished this property ready for rental by the new landlord. Our works included, knocking off all blown plaster from walls, oberbaording and plastering the entire house from top to bottom. We have added insulation to some of the ceiling sections and also soundproofed some of the partie walls with acoustic insulation and acoustic plasterboards. We have supplied and fitted a new bathroom, including tiling. We have also fitted a new kitchen. The old lead mains water supply has been switched out for a new MDPE plastic supply with a new main stop tap. We have repointed all of the ridge tiles to the roof and reinstated passive air vents to all of the rooms to help with ventilation. We have installed new hand rails, newel posts and spindles to the staircase before finally decorating throughout.

The double glazing has also been replaced with triple glazed units for additional insulation properties. This part was completed by others, although we are able to offer this as part of our service.
