Following water damage. We have lifted the damaged section of flooring and replaced it with new moisture resistant chipboard T&G Floor boards.
The flat roof to this bay window at a property in morecambe was leaking and causing damp issues inside the property. The old Lead covering had failed, the timnber beneath was rotting and casing black mould inside the bedroom. We have removed the old lead, replaced the timber and applied a new fibreglass resin roof which will last for years.
This property in Morecambe was experiencing water ingress to the garage caused by failed pointing, ripped roof felt and rotten soffits and fascias. We have removed the gutters and stripped back a section of the roof. replaced the damaged roof felt and relaid the tiles. Put new pointing and fitted new plastic fascias, soffits and new gutters. Finally we have replaced a section of the garage ceiling which had been damaged by the water.
Here we have completely refurbished these oak kitchen worktops at a house in lancaster. The worktops were heavily marked with black mould around the sink and taps and were showing signs of wear and tear in other areas. We have sanded back the worktops to remove the staining using three different grades of paper before applying Osmo Oil in a clear satin finish.
Here at a student property in Lancaster the walls to the flue in the attic room were suffering from damp patches. We have removed and renewed the failed pointing to the stack. Replaced a section of the lead flashing to the ridge. Renewed the flaunching around the king pots and fitted cowl covers to the top of the pots.
