This flat roof to an outhouse at a property in lancaster was leaking badly. We have instated a new fibreglass resin flat roof which will last for years! The outhouse is now completely water tight and suitable to be the new home for the tumble dryer. New electrics were installed to the outhouse by Zebra Electrical.

One of our favourite jobs to do, in the sunshine.. We have put a complete new roof on this semi detached bungalow and same to the garage to match. We have also renewed the lead work and put a new fibreglass flat roof at the back over the kitchen.

This existing single storey extension wasn’t working for the family, so we have taken down the internal stud walls, opened up the space, installed new sliding doors to two sides of the new room which open out onto the garden. The room has also benefitted from an insulation upgrade to the flat roof and finished with a beautiful solid wood oak floor.

A new uPVC double glazed conservatory has bought a new lease of life to this room. We have installed new walls and doors to the existing timber frame roof which was till in great condition.

We have completely refurbished this four bed, 3 bath townhouse for the owner while they have been out of the country. The house was extensively damaged by a burst water tank on the 2nd floor which brought down the ceilings on the 1st and ground floors as well as damaging walls, flooring, electrics.

We have initially removed all of the damaged materials and cleaned the house top to bottom before returning in June to start the repairs. The list of work is extensive. New insulation, new ceilings and plastering. New laminate flooring throughout, including to the stairs. Two bathrooms removed, retiled and refitted. Full redecoration top to bottom. New floor tiles to enter ground floor. New water heater. Repaired electrics. New internal doors.

This has to be our favourite project from 2021. We had the opportunity to help create this amazing garden room in one half of an unused barn at a beautiful property in Warton. We have started by thoroughly cleaning all of the walls and floors, before instating new Velux windows into the high vaulted roof. The roof has then been insulated, boarded and plastered and new bespoke hardwood doors and windows have been fitted. The entire space has been decorated to give it a lovely bright fresh finish. We have used the airless sprayer here to achieve a quick flawless finish.

Now that the room is water tight and decorated we have supplied and fitted a new mezzanine floor and bespoke oak staircase. The floor to the mezzanine has been finished in reclaimed oak floorboards to give a lovely authentic feel.

This is one of our recent refurbishment projects. We have fully refurbished this property ready for rental by the new landlord. Our works included, knocking off all blown plaster from walls, oberbaording and plastering the entire house from top to bottom. We have added insulation to some of the ceiling sections and also soundproofed some of the partie walls with acoustic insulation and acoustic plasterboards. We have supplied and fitted a new bathroom, including tiling. We have also fitted a new kitchen. The old lead mains water supply has been switched out for a new MDPE plastic supply with a new main stop tap. We have repointed all of the ridge tiles to the roof and reinstated passive air vents to all of the rooms to help with ventilation. We have installed new hand rails, newel posts and spindles to the staircase before finally decorating throughout.

The double glazing has also been replaced with triple glazed units for additional insulation properties. This part was completed by others, although we are able to offer this as part of our service.
