Here as part of a full kitchen fitting at a guest house in morecambe we have installed a completely new ceiling. We have instated new timber Studwork to form a new lower ceiling, allowing space to install new acoustic soundproof insulation, acoustic plasterboards and then overboard with fire boards. The joints and light fittings were also sealed up with acoustic/fire rated sealant. The result was a very well soundproofed ceiling which was what the customer wanted. This prevents sound from travelling between the living accommodation and the guest accommodation. Once the new ceiling had been formed we have applied a new plaster skim.

Here we have applied a new render coat to a chimney stack at a house in morecambe. The existing renew coat had failed and was causing some internal damp issues. We have applied a new textured render coat, new bell cast beads and decorated with white masonry paint.
